The Positive Futures Fund plays a vital role in supporting equity and inclusion at our school. Through the generous voluntary contributions of our families, we are able to ensure that all students can fully participate in the rich learning experiences we offer, regardless of individual circumstances.
The fund allows us to quietly and respectfully support families when needed, subsidise whole-school programs, and reduce the financial burden associated with excursions, camps and special activities.
Fund Impact
Through the generous support of our families, the fund:
Reduces the cost of excursions and incursions, with families saving an average of around $20 per student per event
Subsidises key programs such as swimming, lowering costs by approximately $25 per student
Supports camp transport and fees, reducing costs by around $60 per student
Provides discreet individual assistance for items such as graduation hoodies and specific program costs
Each year, significant funds are distributed directly to reduce financial pressure on families and ensure equitable access to camps, excursions and whole-school experiences.
