At Fitzroy Primary School teaching practice in the visual arts is explicit and purposeful. Learning is underpinned by the belief that all students can master the skills, knowledge and understandings from the content and outcomes of the curriculum.
Our well-equipped and resourced art room provides multiple opportunities for students to experience a range of visual arts options, including craft and design. Students create visual art works that communicate, challenge and express their own ideas. Our well regarded Art Show every year is testament to the quality of our Arts program.
